1. Our role
Phuket Yacht Party is a booking and planning service. Every boat is owned and operated by an independent owner or operator, who is responsible for the vessel, the crew and safety at sea.
2. Requests and bookings
A request sent through the Party Builder or the request form is not a booking. We check availability and send an offer with the final price and the charter details. The booking is made when you accept that offer and meet the conditions stated in it.
3. Add-ons
Add-ons such as a DJ, a sound upgrade, LED decoration, photography and drone, BBQ or catering, floats and transfers are supplied by independent providers. Your offer states what is included and the price, and each provider is responsible for its own service.
4. Prices
Prices on this website are from-prices in Thai baht for the whole boat. Listed prices include 7% VAT. Amounts in other currencies are approximate, and the binding figure is the one in your offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, add-ons, catering, transfers and national-park fees are not included; park fees are charged per person and paid on the day.
5. Payment, deposit, changes and cancellation
The payment method, the deposit, the balance and the rules for changes or cancellation are set out and confirmed in your booking before you accept it. No payment is taken on this website.
6. Safety, weather and swimming
The captain decides the route on the day and may change, shorten or delay a trip because of weather, sea state or instructions from the authorities. How such changes are handled is confirmed in your booking.
Guests follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Swimming takes place at anchor under crew supervision, life jackets are carried for every guest, children remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians, and the number of guests may never exceed the boat’s maximum.
7. Music and national parks
Music volume is kept respectful in national-park bays and near other boats, and the crew may lower it at any time. Park rules, fees and closures can change the stops of the day.
8. Liability
We plan each party carefully but cannot answer for events outside our control. These terms leave your statutory rights untouched.
