About this site
Phuket Yacht Party (phuketyachtparty.com) is a booking and planning service for private party boats in Phuket, Thailand. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page or to info@phuketyachtparty.com.
What we collect
The Party Builder and the request form ask for what you decide to share: your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred way of contact, the date, crew size, party type, time slot, route, add-ons and any notes. The page and language you used are stored with it. Card or bank details are never requested on this site.
Our host may keep technical logs, including IP addresses, to protect the site. Against spam we store a hashed value of your connection for one hour; your IP address is not saved together with the request.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply, to check the date with the boat operator, to prepare an offer and to organise the charter. We share what is needed and nothing more: the operator receives the date, crew size and your name, and suppliers of add-ons you ordered – a DJ, a photographer, a caterer, a driver – receive what they need for their part.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and statistics
Local storage in your browser remembers the currency and display mode you chose. If statistics tools are active they may set cookies to count visits, which you can block in your browser settings.
Storage period
A request is kept as long as it is needed for the enquiry, the charter and any legal obligations, and is deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your request at any time through the contact page.
