Three islands, one long party
A day party on the water works because the scenery changes every couple of hours. You leave Chalong Pier with the music already playing, drop anchor off a pale beach, swim, eat, move on to the next island and start again. Nobody needs a taxi between venues, because the venue sails with you.
The southern islands suit this format. Coral Island sits close to Phuket’s south coast, so the playlist has barely warmed up before the opening swim. Racha Yai lies further out and rewards the crossing with water clear enough to see the sand under the hull, and little Maiton makes a relaxed extra stop when the crew likes the conditions. A 5-hour charter usually covers two or three stops; with 8 hours the captain can push on to Racha Noi.
For crews of 20 to 40, the sailing catamarans Neon Tide 50 and Bassline 55 give the most deck for the money, with trampolines at the bow for lying in the sun between swims. Bassline 55 also carries a slide off the stern and a floating sea pool. Smaller groups who want shade, air-conditioning and a quicker hop between islands tend to choose Velvet Night 55 or Afterglow 65.
From November to April the sea is calmest; in the monsoon months the captain may swap a stop for a sheltered one.

How the day runs
- Set 1Boarding
Meet the crew at Chalong Pier, stow the bags and hand over your playlist or plug in your own phone.
- Set 2Open water
The boat heads south while the crew walks everyone through life jackets, the swim ladder and where the shade is.
- Set 3Beach stop
Anchor off Coral Island or Racha Yai, slide into the water with the crew watching and paddle a kayak to the sand.
- Set 4Long lunch
Catering you ordered is served at anchor, next to the fruit, ice and soft drinks that come with every charter.
- Set 5Encore
One more island or one more swim, then the cruise back to the pier with the volume where you like it.
Add-ons people ask for

- A DJ or a sound upgrade on the bigger catamarans
- BBQ or catering served on deck
- A photographer, or a drone for the aerial group photo
- Hotel transfer to and from Chalong Pier
All add-ons are on request and quoted with the boat – see the add-ons page for details.
Safe at sea, loud where it fits
House rules on every boat. Swimming happens at anchor, with the crew watching the water. Life jackets are on board for every guest. The captain decides the route on the day, and the music comes down to a respectful level inside national-park bays.
National-park fees are charged per person and paid on the day; they are not part of the boat price.
Questions before you board
How many islands can we visit in one day?
On 5 hours, plan for two or three stops among Coral Island, Maiton and Racha Yai. An 8-hour day leaves time to continue to Racha Noi. The captain fixes the order on the morning, depending on wind and swell.
Are national-park fees included?
No. Where a stop lies inside a national park, the fee is charged per person and paid on the day; it is never part of the boat price.
Can we bring our own speaker and playlist?
Every boat has a sound system you can connect to. For a bigger sound or a DJ, add it in the Party Builder and it is quoted with your boat.
Tell us the date and the crew size – we reply with the boats that are free and a final price.
