Slides out, floats in
A pool party at sea skips the pool. The boat drops anchor in clear water, the slide goes over the side, a netted sea pool floats off the stern and the inflatables come out. Everybody gets the cool water and an open horizon that a hotel rooftop simply cannot match.
The right boat depends on the toys. Bassline 55 carries a water slide off the stern and a floating sea pool, with room for up to 40. Afterglow 65 sets up an inflatable slide and a sea pool at anchor for up to 20, plus a low swim platform for easy climbs back aboard. Midnight Pulse 102 brings a sea pool and jet skis (a fuel charge may apply) for up to 25, and an inflatable slide appears in the photos of Velvet Night 55.
Swimming happens at anchor and under crew supervision, never while the boat is moving. Life jackets are on board for everybody, and they are worth wearing on the floats for anyone who is not a confident swimmer. The captain picks a sheltered spot, often off Coral Island or Racha Yai, and moves the party if the swell picks up.
Bring reef-friendly sunscreen, a dry bag for phones and a change of clothes for the ride back. Towels are on board.

All add-ons are on request and quoted with the boat – see the add-ons page for details.
Safe at sea, loud where it fits
House rules on every boat. Swimming happens at anchor, with the crew watching the water. Life jackets are on board for every guest. The captain decides the route on the day, and the music comes down to a respectful level inside national-park bays.
National-park fees are charged per person and paid on the day; they are not part of the boat price.
Questions before you board
Do all boats have a slide?
No. Bassline 55 and Afterglow 65 list a slide and a sea pool, and Midnight Pulse 102 lists a sea pool and jet skis. Extra floats and inflatables can be added on request for any boat.
Is it safe for guests who cannot swim well?
Swimming is at anchor with the crew supervising, and life jackets are on board for every guest. Weaker swimmers can wear a jacket on the floats or enjoy the party from the deck.
Can we do a pool party in the green season?
Often yes, on calmer days. From May to October the captain may choose a more sheltered anchorage or a shorter swim, and the call is made on the day.
